Wellbeing Services Officer

Join the RAF Association as a Wellbeing Services Officer and play a vital role in supporting the RAF community. This exciting opportunity is based in Leicester and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

This is a 12-month maternity cover position, and a UK driving license is essential for the role.

About the Role

The Wellbeing Services Officer is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering wellbeing products and services that support the RAF community. Working closely with our Research, Evaluation, and Insight teams, this role monitors trends in wellbeing and uses data to inform improvement and best practice delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the delivery of wellbeing products and services within our evolving wellbeing programme
  • Identifying opportunities to promote and deliver wider wellbeing work
  • Developing, maintaining, and moderating an engaging programme of wellbeing digital content (webinars, forums, etc.)
  • Coordinating delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of in-person and online courses, group sessions, and training
  • Collating and submitting regular reports and progress updates on the development and delivery of designated products and services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need experience of delivering wellbeing services and a track record of project management. You should have up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in wellbeing support, as well as experience of using data analysis to inform and evolve activities.
