About the Role

**Job Summary**

EKFB is seeking a highly skilled Site Agent to join our team in the Greatworth area. As a Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high-speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist with the construction strategy, including kick-off meetings, pre-commencement documentation, and procurement and design deliverable schedules.
  • Liaise with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant, materials, and temporary works to carry out activities to the required standards, programme, and budget.
  • Manage the site engineering team and be responsible for the performance and development of site and Section Engineers.
  • Coordinate construction operations, ensuring they conform to contract requirements and the required level of safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ).
  • Assist with the production of programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans, contribute to financial forecasting, site measurement, material reconciliations, and cost control.
About You
  • HNC/Degree (Construction/Civil Engineering related) or equivalent.
  • Mandatory CSCS Requirement (one of the following) - Black, White, White/Yellow, Yellow, or Red Experienced.
  • Mandatory SMSTS.
  • Demonstration of knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills.
  • Must have extensive experience in earthworks.
  • Good teamwork skills.
  • You must hold a driving license and have access to a vehicle.
