Job Opportunity

Arbuthnot Yon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Leveraged Finance Lawyer to join our global team. As a key member of our deal team, you will advise on complex deal structuring, manage transaction lifecycles, and support portfolio management.

About the Role
  • Advise on complex deal structuring across a portfolio of international clients, taking full responsibility for drafting and negotiating legal documentation.
  • Manage the life cycle of a transaction from embryonic stages through to execution.
  • Support the management of a robust loan, equity, and real estate portfolio.
Requirements

We are looking for lawyers from top-tier US and UK law firms or those with relevant in-house experience. You must be able to sit directly with a business team, respond to queries with an open-door policy, and disseminate complex legal matters through a commercial lens.

A background in leveraged finance and private credit is essential, with experience in restructuring or real estate a plus. You will have the freedom to work autonomously, with significant responsibility over your own portfolio of clients.
