Job Title: Leveraged Loans Lawyer

Our client is seeking a skilled Leveraged Loans Lawyer to join their team for a 13-month period. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £60 via PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Global Credit Finance team on a global basis, focusing on UK and European business with some global coverage.
  • Work closely with a small team to provide expert advice on leveraged loans, fund finance, and CLOs.
  • Develop and implement regulatory analysis and implementation strategies to support the credit finance business.
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
