Position Title: HSEQ Coordinator

Location: Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent

Working Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

Annual Salary: £35,000

Role Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and committed HSEQ Coordinator to enhance our operations in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent. In this position, you will report to the Quality Assurance Manager and play a crucial role in sustaining and improving our management systems.

Key Duties:

Certification Oversight:

Maintain and ensure the integrity of external certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, AS 9100D & GMP.


Audit Facilitation:
Organize and assist with 2nd and 3rd party audits and inspections across all management systems.

Documentation Management:
Collaborate with departmental managers to create and maintain process definitions and work instructions.

Internal Audit Execution:
Conduct internal audits for the management system, ensuring the resolution of non-conformities.

Meeting Engagement:
Participate in and contribute to meetings related to management systems and site activities, including documenting and reporting meeting minutes.

KPI Evaluation:
Analyze KPI trends and investigate customer feedback.

Data Gathering and Reporting:
Collect and analyze site data for internal reporting purposes.

Issue Resolution:
Lead internal investigations and facilitate collaborative problem-solving initiatives.

Customer and Regulatory Compliance:
Support departmental managers in meeting customer expectations and regulatory standards.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
Engage in projects aimed at achieving strategic goals for management systems.

Housekeeping Standards Maintenance:
Ensure that housekeeping standards are upheld across all relevant areas.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Proficient administrative skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional time management abilities with a focus on prioritizing tasks and attention to detail.
Internal or Lead Auditor certification.
Strong communication skills.
Previous experience in the manufacturing sector and familiarity with management systems.
