About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing SEN provision across the school, working closely with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to provide tailored support for students with SEMH needs. You will also conduct assessments and monitor the progress of students with SEN, ensuring that the school is compliant with all statutory SEN regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of the school's SEN policy.
  • Coordinate and manage SEN provision across the school.
  • Work closely with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to provide tailored support for students with SEMH needs.
  • Conduct assessments and monitor the progress of students with SEN.
  • Ensure that the school is compliant with all statutory SEN regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide training and support for staff on SEN and inclusive practices.
  • Liaise with parents and guardians to ensure that students receive the highest quality of education and care.
