Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Car Park Cleaning Operative to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team. As a Mobile Car Park Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out car park cleans during the night using a road sweeper, jet wash machine, and leaf blower. You will also be responsible for maintaining the road sweeper after each use, transporting it between sites, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out car park cleans during the night using a road sweeper, jet wash machine, and leaf blower.
- Maintain the road sweeper after each use.
- Transport the road sweeper between sites.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Work independently and use your own initiative to ensure customer specifications are met.
- Be flexible with working hours and willing to work overnight shifts.
- Ensure the highest level of customer care is always adhered to.
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure standards of cleaning and hygiene in the work area meet or exceed the standard applicable to the site.
- Be conversant with Health & Safety requirements.
About You:
- A background in cleaning would be advantageous.
- Experience towing a trailer is essential.
- Happy to work full night shifts.
- Comfortable working alone.
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- IT literate – able to use app software to generate work sheets.
- This role is a mobile role – you will be traveling between sites – you must have a full UK driving license and be willing to travel between sites.
