Park Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Park Manager to join our team at Stratford-Upon-Avon Lodge Retreat in Pathlow, Warwickshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running and efficient operations of the resort, ensuring the effective structure and high staff motivation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with Park Manager duties and ensure the smooth operation of the resort.
- Be responsible for the day-to-day running and efficient operations of the resort, including maintenance and grounds management.
- Ensure the effective structure of the resort and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist and manage completion of any renovation projects or redecoration, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Complete any planned daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks, ensuring the resort is well-maintained and safe for guests.
- Work with the team to complete general grounds maintenance, including grass cutting, strimming, and edging.
- Ensure the resort is kept clean and free of debris, maintaining a high level of presentation.
- Complete any necessary paperwork following repairs and maintenance, ensuring accurate records are kept.
Requirements:
- Previous management experience is desirable, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A driving license and ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort.
