Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Parts Supervisor to join our team at VW Stratford-upon-Avon. As a key member of our Parts department, you will be responsible for supporting the Parts Manager in the day-to-day running of the department, including deputizing during holidays and absences.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Department reviews and management
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Supervising staff in the parts department
  • Order taking and order picking
  • Daily and weekly stock checking
  • Assisting with pre-picking of parts for workshop job cards

Requirements

We require a highly organized individual with a high level of customer service experience who can liaise, communicate, and deliver a first-class service to all our customers. Ideally, you will be experienced in a similar role or in a senior parts role looking for your first step into management.
