About The Role:

The Crowd, a leading architecture practice, is seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join their team. As a key member of the studio, you will be responsible for supporting and managing design and delivery through all RIBA stages.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking studio that is at the forefront of the housing sector. You will have the chance to work on design-led projects and contribute to the creation of innovative and creative design ideas for housing and mixed-use schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design strategies for residential projects
  • Contribute to technical design reviews and lead projects through initial design stages and subsequent RIBA stages
  • Lead the creation of design drawings and documents, ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time and within budget

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • ARB Registered or overseas equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of all work stages and level of detail required for each RIBA stage
  • 5+ years' experience in residential projects, with a focus on multi-unit schemes
  • Excellent Revit experience, with a strong technical focus
  • Excellent design and technical detailing skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage clients
