Lead Our IT Transformation

We are seeking a visionary IT leader to drive our company's digital transformation and ensure the strategic delivery of IT services. As the Head of IT Service, you will oversee the management and performance of our IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring the effective management of outsourced IT service providers and leading a high-performing team to maintain high service quality across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management and performance of our IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Ensure the effective management of outsourced IT service providers, including managed service partners.
  • Lead a high-performing team, set clear KPIs, and maintain high service quality across all operations.
  • Drive IT governance and cyber security measures, ensuring the security of company data and systems.
  • Manage the customer support function, ensuring timely issue resolution and top-tier service delivery.
  • Align IT strategies with organisational goals to support our ambitious growth plans.

We are looking for a proven IT leader with expertise in IT service management frameworks (ITIL), vendor management, and outsourced IT services. You will have strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills, as well as the ability to align IT strategies with organisational goals. If you have experience with IT governance, risk management, and compliance, and a strong technical background in IT infrastructure, end user services, cloud services, IT security, and service delivery, we want to hear from you.
