Machine Learning Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineering Manager to join our team at Fruition IT. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building out our platform capability, managing the Machine Learning development lifecycle, and leading a team of talented engineers.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of our ML capability and platform, and shape it to be something truly game-changing. You will work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to evolve our platform and ensure it's robust and scalable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and maintenance of Machine Learning models
  • Manage data warehousing and ETL tools
  • Design and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in training, deploying, and maintaining Machine Learning models
  • Strong knowledge of Python and surrounding ML tech, including PySpark, Snowflake, Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
  • Experience with stakeholder management and technical leadership
