About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Marketing Professional to join our team at ADLIB. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies that align with our overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development: Create, develop, and roll out marketing campaigns for our products and services, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Maintain a campaign and content calendar aligned with our Strategic Marketing Plan, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Creative Content Development: Write and proofread creative copy, ensuring it aligns with our brand's tone of voice and messaging.
  • Content Management: Regularly update and maintain our company websites with fresh content, news articles, blogs, and campaign activity, ensuring a strong online presence.
  • Business Development Support: Work closely with our business development team to provide leads, campaign data, sales, and solution collateral, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Marketing Analytics: Use HubSpot CRM to track and analyze marketing activities and performance, providing insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new and potential audiences and sectors, ensuring our marketing efforts are targeted and effective.
  • Financial Management: Manage the marketing and events budget, ensuring all spend is planned, approved, and accounted for, maintaining financial discipline and accountability.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with GDPR and standard operating procedures, maintaining a high level of data protection and regulatory adherence.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Professional Qualifications: Professional marketing qualifications such as Chartered Institute of Marketing - Certificate in Professional Marketing (Level 4) and Digital Marketing Institute - Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing.
  • Marketing Experience: Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, email, and social media marketing.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with HubSpot CRM for marketing activity and performance analysis.
