We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Hcml Today. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to the Finance Manager and their team, primarily maintaining the Accounts Payable mailbox, answering invoice queries, and reconciling supplier statements.

Key Responsibilities


  • Monitor and manage a high-volume mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and supplier queries.
  • Review and prepare purchase invoices for upload into the financial system, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Respond to supplier queries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Operational teams to resolve queries and raise exceptions, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Reconcile supplier statements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
  • Assist in generating supplier payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to support business decisions.


Requirements


  • Minimum three A levels (any subjects applicable) above Grade C or equivalent academic qualification, or relevant experience for this role.
