We are seeking a skilled Cleaner to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the club's cleanliness to the highest standards at all times.
As a vital member of the Cleaning Team, you will be expected to deliver exceptional service to our members by ensuring a clean and safe environment for their enjoyment, making sure that cleaning activities do not detract from the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks as directed to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Complete routine inspection forms and daily/weekly task lists.
- Conduct deep cleaning activities in high-traffic areas, including showers and changing facilities.
- Adhere to relevant health and safety regulations concerning the use and storage of cleaning equipment and materials.
- Provide customer service by addressing member inquiries and feedback.
- Report any issues with cleaning machinery or equipment to the Cleaning Team Supervisor.
- Notify the Cleaning Team Supervisor of any incidents such as accidents, theft, or other irregularities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Shift Details: Shifts will typically begin in the late afternoon and continue into the evening, covering a 7-day period. Hours are flexible.
