POSITION SUMMARY


Cammach Bryant is seeking a skilled HR Operations Supervisor to lead our HR Administration team of 12. This role is pivotal in ensuring the provision of effective, timely, and precise HR transactional support to the organization.

Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in a professional HR capacity, particularly in a supervisory role. However, those with operational HR experience aiming to transition into a supervisory position are also encouraged to consider this opportunity.

This dynamic role demands exceptional organizational abilities, supervisory experience, and a passion for delivering results. A proactive mindset is essential, as is the ability to foster innovation and cultivate meaningful relationships throughout the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Manage the HR administration function, supported by 2 Senior HR Administrators, ensuring that all tasks are executed to a high standard throughout the employee lifecycle.

Ensure efficient organization of all HR activities, maintaining compliance with management systems, professional tools, and policies.

Serve as a subject matter expert, offering support and guidance on all HR-related matters to the team, while actively participating in service delivery as needed.

Provide direction, support, and coaching to direct reports, facilitating the ongoing development of internal capabilities.
Regularly communicate feedback to the HR Manager, identifying and escalating potential service delivery issues.
Collaborate effectively with all business stakeholders and HR colleagues.
Ensure that UK HR policies, processes, and systems are consistently reviewed and updated within the Business Management System.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree educated or equivalent experience.
CIPD qualified or similar.
Proven experience in effectively overseeing, motivating, and developing a team with a strong focus on customer service.
Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and UK employment legislation.
Experience in implementing policy and process enhancements.
Highly organized with the capability to prioritize, delegate, and manage a diverse range of tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, adaptable approach with a customer-centric focus.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and people management systems (preferably SAP).
A role model of organizational values and behaviors.
