We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Rotational Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. Key Responsibilities- Work across a range of clinical specialties, including critical care, paediatrics, surgery, and medical wards, to provide expert clinical pharmacy services.
- Develop and implement clinical pharmacy initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce medication errors.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize medication regimens and improve patient care.
- Conduct audits and quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in clinical pharmacy practice.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to support their professional development.
- Professional registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Experience of working in a hospital pharmacy setting, with a minimum of 18 months post-registration experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with the ability to apply evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and priorities.
