MRK Associates is seeking a highly skilled French Speaking Payroll Specialist to join their team in Watford, Hertfordshire. This is a permanent role with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring the individual to be in the office for a maximum of 2 days per week.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis, execution, and support of payroll operations with utmost confidentiality of employee records and business information. This will involve working with third-party payroll services providers to prepare global payroll data for processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing global payroll data for payroll processing by third-party payroll administration partners
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of the company's payrolls
  • Working with international EMEA payroll and multi-national companies experience
  • Fluency in English and French, both verbally and written
  • Experience working in systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP Global View, and Microsoft Office Suite
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably within a shared centre services environment. They will be comfortable working in a complex and highly matrixed environment and have excellent communication skills.
