Key Responsibilities
  • Provide problem management and incident resolution capability for the platform you are responsible for.

We are looking for someone with sound, broad knowledge of IT and experience of successfully leading technical evaluations. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
