Lead Pipe Stress Analysis Engineer

Position Overview: Wood is seeking a highly skilled Principal Pipe Stress Engineer with a robust background in the oil and gas petrochemical sector. This role presents an excellent opportunity for the right individual to contribute to the piping engineering team while engaging in pipe stress analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Shell EPC contract through comprehensive pipe stress evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the broader pipe stress team to ensure project success.

Required Experience:

  • Proficient in working with Oil and Gas Onshore facilities.
  • Experienced in Oil and Gas Offshore Facilities.
  • Knowledgeable about Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) units.
  • Familiar with Transmission Systems.
  • Understanding of Blast, Seismic, and other occasional load considerations.
