Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Head of Program Management & Operations.

This position will play a vital role in fostering the growth of the organization while ensuring a high success rate that maximizes our impact.


Collaborating closely with the CEO and the senior leadership team, you will guide the Program and Operations divisions to formulate and implement strategies that uphold a robust level of referrals alongside exceptional service quality.

Success in this role hinges on innovation, digital transformation, and teamwork, all while operating efficiently and effectively within established budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development:
Partner with the Board, Senior Leadership Team, and CEO to craft the charity's future strategy.

Service Implementation:
Ensure the achievement of key performance indicators outlined in the three-year plan, developing initiatives and strategies to meet effectiveness, quality, and efficiency goals through national programs.

Operational Oversight:
Manage organizational operations across the charity, including facilities management, health and safety, IT, and cybersecurity.

Governance Support:
Assist the CEO and Company Secretary in maintaining strong governance practices.

Expansion Initiatives:
Take charge of launching new centers to facilitate the successful growth of the charity.

Service Delivery in London:
Oversee service provision across our London centers while providing advisory support for the effective delivery of services in other local centers.

Data Management and Digital Solutions:
Supervise the integration of digital solutions throughout the organization, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion:
Ensure all team strategies and actions align with the current EDI framework.

Risk Management:
Lead risk management efforts across the charity, including the oversight of the Risk Register and insurance renewals.

Legal Liaison:
Act as the point of contact for legal counsel, managing correspondence related to governance and legal inquiries.
