Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor, Contract Management to join our team. As a key member of our contract management team, you will be responsible for conducting development review meetings with staff, investigating any issues, and handling disciplinaries where necessary. This is a permanent, late shift role (2pm-10pm) with 40 hours per week, and overtime is optional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct development review meetings with staff
  • Investigate any issues and handle disciplinaries where necessary
  • Work closely with the contract management team to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to colleagues and customers
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Confident on the phone and with good PC skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a similar setting is an advantage
