About the Role:

The IT Service Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to all employees, both locally and remotely. This includes performing IT helpdesk administration tasks such as account creation, password resets, and file and folder permissions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ITIL Foundation certificate.
