Procurement Ledger Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Procurement Ledger Specialist to join our client's team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing the supplier database, raising and checking purchase orders, and processing supplier invoices.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be responsible for ensuring that all invoices are accurately processed and paid in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of invoices for input
  • Managing the supplier database
  • Liaising with branch managers
  • Reviewing aged creditor reports
  • Checking statements
  • Payment of suppliers
  • Allocation of payments
  • Dealing with supplier queries
