Job Title: Head of Marketing

Job Summary:

A dynamic and innovative role has become available for a seasoned Marketing Director to lead the marketing efforts of a pioneering wine estate in Hampshire. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the growth plan in the UK and key international markets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Shaping the growth plan to ensure the proper execution of brand strategy in all key markets across the world.
  • Defining go-to-market plans and setting the media strategy.
  • Delivering key brand communication platforms and working closely with the marketing team to plan, develop, and execute campaigns.
  • Managing the evolution of the existing brand portfolio, consistent with the company's strategy.
  • Co-responsibility for the ongoing management of the portfolio-product management.
  • Developing a market-leading CRM strategy to grow the Customer Lifetime Value of membership.
  • Setting a strong destination-led marketing programme to drive footfall and hospitality sales.
  • Accountable for investment and KPIs.
  • Ensuring the development of marketing competencies amongst the marketing team.
  • Initiating and driving recruitment processes and motivating and stretching the team through regular 1:1s.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in marketing roles with premium brands/companies.
  • Experience with Wines & Spirits and/or Hospitality is ideal but not essential.
  • Experience leading a team of 2+ reports.
  • Experience managing earned & owned, paid knowledge in a DTC environment is essential, as well as working with an international network of distributors or wholesale customers.
  • International exposure is a big plus.
