Executive Chef Opportunity at The Ivy Collection

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Ivy Collection. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of chefs to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
  • Develop and implement new menu concepts and dishes that meet the standards of The Ivy Collection
  • Collaborate with our Area Chefs to ensure consistency and quality across all locations
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Culinary Manager in a high-end restaurant or hospitality group
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a deep understanding of flavor profiles, presentation, and menu engineering
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
