About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a vibrant team within the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry based in Cambridge. The role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent accounting skills, and a passion for financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Preparation of monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Maintenance of the general ledger and reconciliation of balance sheets.
  • Financial Support: Assisting with year-end financial statements and audits, development of internal control policies and procedures.
  • Financial Systems: Support the finance team in the development of the accounting system, ad-hoc financial projects as required.

Requirements
