About the Role:
Nurseplus is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Administrator to join our team. As a Care Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care is delivered to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for Service Users and Care Workers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Rostering staff to ensure a safe and efficient delivery of care services.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new care workers, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Monitor care worker performance, conduct regular supervisions and appraisals, and provide constructive feedback.
- Support the effective handling of safeguarding incidents, complaints, and other complex issues.
- Ensure our care services meet the standards expected by regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare or home care industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, care workers, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- A compassionate and empathetic nature, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
- Knowledge of live-in care regulations and best practices is highly desirable.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
