About the RoleThis is a 6-month contract position that offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business. As an Associate Director/Manager, you will be responsible for designing and establishing compliant frameworks for rating obligors who benefit from parental or third-party support. You will work closely with stakeholders from Risk, Global Banking, Wholesale Credit & Lending, and Legal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the Global CMB business and act as the voice of the Relationship Management community to shape and influence target state frameworks.
- Propose and advocate for efficiencies and simplification in business processes, procedures, controls, data, and systems.
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of the target state, engaging with the frontline at regional level to understand nuances in local markets and industry practices.
- Lead frontline engagement and client outreach activities as part of remediation activities to address gaps and future-proof implementation.
- Design and deliver training to the RM community across all 50+ markets.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Commercial banking project experience.
- Credit risk assessment/credit risk capital experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to foster strong collaborative partnerships across functions and regions.
