Key Responsibilities of the Senior Property Lawyer Role
  • Directly managing 3 Lawyers and 1 Legal assistant.
  • Assisting with allocation of work, personal development and 1:1s.
  • Supporting and deputising for the Principal Lawyer and providing training and support to Lawyers in the team.
  • Managing leases of industrial units and lease renewals.
  • Coordinating right to buy matters.
  • Preparing option agreements and development agreements.
  • Handling residential and commercial property transactions.
  • Overseeing sales and acquisitions.
  • Providing expertise on landlord and tenant matters.
