The ideal candidate will work closely with the technical team to create a strategy focused on all aspects of training, including onboarding and up-skilling project managers and developers. The role aims to develop a network of training aids that encourage effective use of the system, fostering client engagement and advocacy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a company-wide training program for onboarding new staff and up-skilling current employees
  • Designing and delivering training programs for clients and partners
  • Collaborating with project and technical managers to ensure widespread knowledge and use of new product developments
  • Delivering training programs to internal and external stakeholders

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in writing and developing training programs using modern platforms and strategies. They will have worked in a tech/professional services organization where customer engagement plays a critical role in business growth. The ability to work with senior management at a cross-functional level is essential.

Requirements:
