About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing bespoke tax planning and solutions to a wide range of clients, advising business owners on various tax matters, and managing corporate advisory matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
  • Advise business owners on tax matters
  • Manage corporate advisory matters, including disposals, acquisitions, and reorganisations
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key referrers
  • Support businesses on company restructuring and review corporate tax compliance
  • Prepare and submit R&D claims
  • Provide technical updates to colleagues
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Tax professional with experience working for a National or leading independent firm of accountants. They will have a solid base of complex tax advisory experience within a corporate tax environment.
