Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement
  • Offer tailored support to students, including tutoring and behavior management
  • Assist in classroom organization, resource allocation, and assessment processes
  • Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and any concerns
  • Adhere to health and safety standards while engaging in professional development activities
  • Be flexible in taking on various tasks to support the school's educational goals

Essential Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the primary school curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for education
  • Capability to create engaging and inclusive lesson plans
  • An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online Update Service or willingness to apply for one
  • Strong teamwork skills and effective behavior management abilities
  • A deep commitment to teaching and a solid grasp of the curriculum

  • Have the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Provide an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the past two years.
  • Have a DBS registered with the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education
