Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Burton Brewery. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of production plans, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of production staff to achieve production targets and maintain high levels of quality and safety.
- Develop and implement effective production plans, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Collaborate with the line structure team and operations manager to drive departmental success.
- Facilitate root cause analysis for persistent problems and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, driving capability, engagement, and performance within the team.
We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership and management skills, experience in production planning and control, and a proven track record in leading change. You should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of World Class Supply Chain tools and techniques, specifically problem-solving tools and methodologies and changeover time reduction.
