Restaurant Shift Manager Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular store walks to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback, set goals, and objectives for team members, and support their development and growth.
  • Manage inventory, maintain operational standards, and ensure a high level of food hygiene and safety.
  • Collaborate with the HR Department to drive sales, improve employee engagement, and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Flexibility to work a range of hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of food hygiene and safety standards.
