We are looking for skilled composite assembly specialists to join the main Trim Shop of a prominent manufacturer specializing in composite components for various high-performance automotive applications.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have extensive experience in trimming and fitting a diverse range of composite materials within the high-performance automotive sector.
Be proficient in interpreting detailed technical drawings.
Possess significant expertise in using pneumatic tools, hand tools, and bonding agents.
Exhibit a methodical and meticulous approach, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
Be self-driven and maintain a positive, proactive attitude.
Showcase strong communication abilities.
Thrive under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Work independently with minimal supervision.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Trimming, bonding, and assembling carbon fiber components according to engineering specifications and technical documentation.
Assembling intricate components utilizing fixtures and jigs.
Addressing technical challenges as they arise.
Contributing to the enhancement of processes aimed at improving quality and efficiency.
Being aware of Health and Safety protocols and promoting best practices among peers.
Supporting the training department by sharing your knowledge and expertise with less experienced team members.

Upholding the highest standards as outlined in the trimming policies and procedures, and assisting in the company's maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.

In this role, you will use production management software to log your work and maintain necessary records for our clients.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor.
This position may require flexibility in working hours, particularly during peak production periods. Overtime compensation is provided at 1.5 times your hourly rate, with double time applicable on certain holidays.

Experience and Qualifications:
Prior experience with pneumatic and hand tools (essential)
Experience in a high-performance automotive or motorsport environment (essential)

Experience in quality assurance and development (desirable)

Pay:
The salary for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and professional qualifications. The range provided is indicative of base pay before overtime.
