Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of care and assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individual programs of care.
- Take delegated responsibility for the provision of care/service in a given shift, with the expectation of taking charge or deputising regularly in the absence of the Line Manager.
- Provide on-going professional and clinical leadership to the care team, delivering evidence-based care as part of the wider Multidisciplinary team.
- Carry out all relevant forms of care and procedures, for which you are competent to practice, without direct supervision.
- Demonstrate continuing professional development that reflects individual needs, the needs of the team, and the needs of the organisation.
