Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Relevant experience in a healthcare setting
- A holistic perspective on lifestyle guidance concerning nutrition, smoking cessation, alcohol consumption, and physical activity.

- A solid educational background, including qualifications in English and Mathematics (GCSE grade A-C or equivalent).

Job Responsibilities
Role Summary: As a Patient Care Support Specialist, you will provide and maintain a high standard of nursing care for patients while assisting healthcare professionals. Phlebotomy Responsibilities:
Summary: You will perform venepuncture to collect blood samples from patients as per practice guidelines.

- Verify patient identity through full name, date of birth, and address.
- Ensure patient comfort during the procedure.
- Collect blood samples following established protocols.
- Ensure proper storage of samples.
- Accurately label all samples to confirm patient identity.

- Ensure timely dispatch of samples to laboratories.
- Follow infection control guidelines diligently.
