Role Summary

In this position, you will oversee the financial transactions and contribute significantly to the month-end closing activities, with potential for career advancement. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will collaborate closely with various departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Credit Control, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups with clients.
  • Distribute weekly customer statements and remittance advice.
  • Ensure comprehensive reconciliation of all customer accounts.
  • Prepare month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Process purchase invoices related to inventory, shipping, and duties, ensuring precision in landed costs.
  • Handle purchase invoices for operational expenses and capital expenditures, ensuring accuracy in classifications.
  • Manage personal expense claims and corporate credit card transactions.
  • Facilitate weekly payment processing.
  • Conduct daily bank reconciliations across multiple currencies.
  • Ensure all supplier accounts are reconciled against their statements.
  • Manage a shared inbox, addressing inquiries from customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support enhancements in financial processes and internal controls.
