Assistant Grower

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Grower to join our client's team in the UK protected salad industry. Our client is a leading supplier and employer in the sector, with a strong reputation for excellence and a commitment to innovation.

As an Assistant Grower, you will play a key role in supporting the Glasshouse Manager to ensure the smooth running of the glasshouse. This will involve working closely with the production team to develop and implement effective crop management strategies, and ensuring that all aspects of glasshouse operations are running efficiently.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in horticulture and a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of crop development and production techniques, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
