We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Bristol.

As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's facilities and equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel's facilities and equipment are in good working order.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any maintenance-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and take proactive measures to prevent them.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to the maintenance manager.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is desirable.
