About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Fresh, a leading accommodation provider. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our student accommodation scheme, Metalworks in Bedminster.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the building. You will work closely with our facilities team to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work with people at all levels. If you are a skilled tradesperson with a passion for maintenance and a commitment to delivering high-quality results, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures
  • Respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff
  • Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify potential maintenance issues
  • Work with the facilities team to develop and implement maintenance schedules
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
