**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced franchise professional to lead our recruitment efforts and identify top talent to join our franchise network. As a Franchise Recruitment Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Attract and engage potential franchisees through various marketing channels and events
* Develop and implement recruitment campaigns to meet business objectives
* Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business planning partners and franchisees
* Conduct candidate meetings and presentations to stakeholders
* Project manage the onboarding process and support franchisees during the first 12 weeks
* Report on recruitment activity and project milestones
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in franchise recruitment or a related field
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop business plans
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Competent in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
