General Management Couple Wanted for Traditional Coaching Inn

Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a dynamic General Management couple to lead the operations of a traditional British Coaching Inn with 14 en-suite rooms and a 50-cover restaurant. This is an opportunity to drive and develop the business, backed by an extensive group-level support system, allowing for growth and success.

We are looking for a General Management couple who will be responsible for running all aspects of day-to-day operations, developing business growth, and providing leadership and strategic planning to all departments. The ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, experience in running busy operations, and a strong financial background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operations of the Coaching Inn, including managing staff, maintaining high standards, and driving business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and customer experience.
  • Oversee the management of the restaurant, bar, and hotel, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
  • Commercially minded with a strong financial background.
  • Proven experience in delivering business growth, budgets, and staff retention.
  • Ability to operate a high-demand kitchen and manage a busy restaurant.
