Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Turnberry Resort, Scotland. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Grand Tea Lounge & Lobby Bar, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Grand Tea Lounge & Lobby Bar, including rostering, manpower forecasting, revenue management, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, inventory, and supply management.
  • Oversee the smooth running of meetings and events booked in the Trump Boardroom, ensuring that all logistical and operational requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that the business operates within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
