About the Role

We are seeking an experienced International Brand Director to lead the development of our brand in international markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the roadmap for international expansion and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Market Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in the US market and other key regions, working closely with Commercial, Category, and Supply teams.
  • Global Expansion: Collaborate with Global Insights, Category, and Sales teams to develop a comprehensive roadmap for international expansion, identifying new markets and opportunities for growth.
  • Business Case Development: Build business cases to support new market launches, ensuring a strong understanding of consumer, category, and financial dynamics.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support new market launches, including go-to-market (GTM) plans and in-store execution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 1-2, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of international expansion plans.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in brand marketing, trade marketing, activations, commercial, and digital, with experience in FMCG businesses.
  • Leadership: Managerial experience, with a strong ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • International Experience: Proven experience in developing businesses and brands in international markets, with a strong understanding of global-local ways of working.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial and financial acumen, with an understanding of P&L and margin management.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to develop strong collaborative relationships within the organization and across local markets.
