Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team for projects in the Industrial sector in Kent. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the project is running on time and within budget, while maintaining Health & Safety assurance and Quality Assurance of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager in managing the project, including overseeing subcontractors and trades on large industrial/warehouse schemes.
  • Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement Health & Safety and Quality Assurance plans to ensure a safe working environment and high-quality project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS certification
  • Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (ideally)
  • Experience working on Building & Construction projects within a similar sector and on values up to 30 million
  • Desired experience across new build and refurbishment projects
