Academic Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lecturer to join our Fresh Start team at the College of West Anglia. As a Lecturer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, helping them to develop valuable life, communication, study, and employability skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to students, using a range of teaching methods and resources.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students, aligning with the College's curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and deliver curriculum content, ensuring a cohesive and student-centered approach.
- Contribute to the development of the Fresh Start program, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Relevant teaching qualification and experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and external partners.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible approach to work.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date with best practices in teaching and learning.
