As a prominent manufacturer and distributor, we operate globally with a workforce of approximately 3,900 and maintain 65 manufacturing and distribution facilities worldwide. Our extensive product range includes electrical conduit, cable management systems, armored cable, metal framing, and security products.
Working Hours:
- Shift Pattern: 39 hours per week
- Nights: Sunday - Wednesday, 10 pm - 6 am; Thursday, 10 pm - 5 am.
- Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour, based on experience, plus a 25% shift allowance for night shifts.
- Rotational:
- Shift 1: Monday - Thursday, 6 am - 2 pm; Friday, 6 am - 1 pm.
- Shift 2: Monday - Thursday, 2 pm - 10 pm; Friday, 1 pm - 8 pm.
- Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour, based on experience, plus a 22% shift allowance for day shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Operation: Set up and operate roll forming machinery, presses, and associated equipment.
- Production Efficiency: Achieve production targets and report any discrepancies in output.
- Quality Control: Ensure the quality standards of produced components are met.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records related to production and quality.
- 5S Standards Maintenance: Uphold high standards of 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in the workspace.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of cold roll forming processes.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
- Motivation: Commitment to achieving targets safely and to the required quality standards.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in setting and operating a cold roll forming mill.
