About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Rolling Mill Setter to join our Production Department at our West Bromwich facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting and operating our cold roll forming equipment, presses, and ancillary equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and operate cold roll forming equipment, presses, and ancillary equipment to produce high-quality parts.
  • Monitor and report production rates, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact quality or efficiency.
  • Ensure the quality of produced parts meets our high standards, taking responsibility for any quality-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records, ensuring timely updates and reporting.
  • Contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to Health & Safety procedures and promoting a culture of zero harm.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and quality improvements across the role.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in setting and operating cold roll forming mills, with a strong understanding of roll forming principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Motivation to achieve targets safely and meet quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement.
